Secrets, Virgil Abloh Left Behind: Louis Vuitton Dove Belt

The peace dove is not the final item Abloh left behind, claims the company. Soon, more of his works will see the world.

Louis Vuitton is a well-known manufacturer of bags, fashionable clothing, fragrances, and more. This French fashion giant has unveiled a two-sided 40 mm Dove belt. The belt is the most recent design by Virgil Abloh. Instead of the V emblem, the belt buckle has the peace dove logo.

Belt

The wings of the dove have the shape of a V letter. The bird is carrying an olive branch – a universal symbol of peace. The silver and gold variants of the buckles are available.

The Dove belt comes in two colors –  brown and gray and costs 950 dollars.

Designer

Virgil Abloh, who founded the Italian company Off-White and was the creator of the LV menswear line, passed away last year.

A tribute display of the designer’s most recent collection was presented on the Wharf Miami less than two days after the devastating news of his passing broke.
