SWA Diamonds

Every woman wants a diamond, and the company considers its responsibility to provide the greatest gemstones possible to realize these dreams.
Concept
The Indian company SWA Diamonds has created a ring called “Ami” (from Sanskrit – “immortality”), adorned with 24679 diamonds. It got into the Guinness Book of Records, according to the organization’s website.
The ring has a record number of faceted diamonds. They are strewn with the entire surface of the decoration, made in the form of a pink oyster mushroom – an edible mushroom that grows in the tropical regions of Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Australia.
Form and weight
Initially, the company’s masters created a prototype of the ring from plastic. Then they created a mold digitally. It took almost three months to design the final version of the jewelry design.
With the help of 3D printing, designers created a mold for the jewel. Liquid gold was poured into it and shaped into 41 petals.
Then experts manually attached diamonds to the oyster mushroom petals. They used natural stones to decorate the ring. A precious mushroom was attached to the round base of the ring that was also partially covered with diamonds.
As a result, the craftsmen managed to create a unique piece weighing 340 grams. It costs $ 95243. This ring contains nearly twice as many diamonds as the previous Guinness Record winner.
