The Pagani brand did not follow the general electrification trend and created a classic hypercar with a powerful six-liter engine.
Creation
The development of Pagani Utopia continued for 6 years. For a quarter of a century of active work, Pagani Automobili presented only two hypercars – Zonda and Huayra. Now it’s time for the third.
Unlike the first two nicknames, borrowed from the winds, “Utopia” took its name from the book by the English philosopher Thomas More. This book from the year 1516 laid the foundations of an entire literary genre.
Weight and materials
Utopia received monocoques made of composite materials with increased rigidity and aluminum suspensions on double wishbones. The manufacturer took the experience of previous developments into account. The car turned out to be very light – 1280 kg.
Availability and price
Prices for the Pagani Utopia start at €2,150,000 before taxes. At the same time, the average price, including options, will be 2,600,000 euros. The edition will be limited to 99 copies. All of them are already sold out.
