Victorinox, a well-known maker of Swiss Army knives introduces technologies like flash storage for modern users. The company produced a knife equipped with a USB drive.

The device peculiarities

The “SSD”, as they call their gadget, has a storage capacity of up to 1TB. It is a standard flash drive, however with some special features.

It also has a fingerprint sensor. Moreover, if someone tries to breach the drive’s security, it burns the memory chip, avoiding data stealing. The preloaded Victorinox Secure package, includes backups, file syncing, and a password manager.

The drive contains a colorless LCD that shows the accessible capacity and content. Its read and write speeds are 220MB/s and 150MB/s, correspondingly.
